Shipping Information
Processing Time: All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (US): Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping options (2-day or overnight) are available at checkout.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Window: We want you to love your Voyage Lumière travel gear. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return all unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return: Simply email our support team at support@voyagelumiere.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
